Forward Deployed Engineering leader — Generative AI & agentic systems, cloud delivery on AWS, and 14 years of shipping software.

I’m a Forward Deployed Engineering leader who builds and ships Generative AI and agentic systems — not just advises on them. Over 14 years in software engineering and cloud, the last two building and deploying GenAI directly inside client environments across aviation, banking/BFSI, logistics, and e-commerce.

I currently lead a team of engineers and data scientists at Calibehr Business Support Services. We own code standards, architecture, and joint deployment to production, rather than staying advisory-only. Recent work includes an AI Interviewer built on retrieval-augmented generation over pgvector and multi-agent workflow-automation agents, deployed on AWS with OpenTelemetry and the ELK Stack for production observability — and a patented revenue-optimisation algorithm for the aviation sector that delivered a 1–3% revenue uplift (~$1.11M+).

I’m currently pursuing an MBA in Analytics & Data Science at Manipal University Jaipur. What I care about is being a builder who explains — someone who can sit with a client’s ambiguous, high-stakes business problem, turn it into production-grade AI, and then actually walk through how and why it works. That technical grounding is what separates real delivery from AI commentary.

Lead a team of engineers/data scientists delivering bespoke AI solutions embedded in national and international client environments — owning code standards, architecture, and joint deployment to production rather than advisory-only consulting.
Designed and shipped Generative AI products, including an AI Interviewer with analytics and multi-agent workflow-automation agents — using RAG over pgvector and GPT-4 & Gemma 4 for grounded, context-aware responses.
